The guiding principles of the agency are professionalism, discretion and cost transparency. This is evidenced by numerous well-known clients, including domestic and foreign detective agencies, several DAX companies, international firms, politicians, a large political party, former national football players, TV personalities, public-sector clients, educational institutions, insurance companies, law firms and many more.

In the service provider ranking of Wirtschaftswoche, a company within the Handelsblatt Verlagsgruppe, Detektei Kurtz was awarded third place among investigative service providers in all of Germany. The score of 77.22 was exceeded in the other 24 examined industries by only five companies. Thus Detektei Kurtz achieved the eighth-best result of all 236 tested providers and left companies such as Lufthansa, Sparkasse, BMW, DHL and many others well behind.

Social Commitment

Since 2016 the agency has actively supported the Neven Subotic Stiftung. Why this organisation in particular? Because every donated cent reaches those in need. All administrative costs are borne personally by the founder, Neven Subotic. Large organisations such as UNICEF and SOS Kinderdorf, among others, invest (as of 2017) huge sums in GoogleAdWords. If you want to donate €20 and click on an AdWords advert from UNICEF, that click can cost UNICEF, depending on the keyword, roughly €20. Your donation therefore ultimately ends up with Google. A concept we also know from the detective business, which causes high costs there as well, and one we do not participate in. This refusal to use AdWords is also one of the main reasons for our comparatively moderate fees in the industry.

The Neven Subotic Stiftung pursues a very different approach than many of the better-known aid organisations. We endeavour to support the foundation in this way and will continue to do so in the future!
